PROFESSIONAL DUPLEXING & MOUNTING

At K and K Finishing we pride ourselves on offering a professional and efficient Duplexing, Triplexing & Mounting services.

Mounting your prints is something we know very well. Working with different glues types, we are able to duplex and mount most stocks. In all honesty there isn’t a limit to how many sheets can be fused together, if you require more than the standard 2 or 3 sheets, please call and discuss.

• Duplexing | Triplexing (This is the process of applying a flood glue to your printed sheets and bonding two similar materials together) Ideal for Buiness cards, gift tags, flyers, promotional cards, vouchers, etc.
  • Example: You print 2 sheets of 300gsm and these are duplexed to form a 600gsm finished product.
• Mounting – (This is the process of flood gluing your printed sheets onto a thicker material, such as displayboard or corrugated board) Perfect for showcards, display boards, dispencers, packaging etc.
  • Example: You print onto a 170gsm silk paper and we mount onto 2000mic display board
